Production plant director Zhang Shengjun and chief engineer Liu Pengbing delivered brief speeches successively, reviewing the current production and operation situation of the factory. The two objectively summarized the production achievements and clearly stated that the factory's production capacity has significantly increased, product quality is stable and controllable, and the production operation trend is improving.
Director Zhang Shengjun, based on the current production situation, required the production team to continuously optimize the on-site management system, standardize and regulate the production process, stabilize and maintain an efficient production rhythm, deeply explore the potential of production capacity, and achieve maximum production efficiency. 

Chief Engineer Liu Pengbing provided additional explanations regarding quality control work, emphasizing that the technical team must strictly adhere to production standards, refine all stages of the inspection process, iteratively optimize the production process, and build a solid defense line for product quality to ensure the safety, stability and reliability of the quality of each product.
