The 3rd Shandong Province Coarse Feed Conference was successfully held in 2017

From April 18th to 19th, 2017, the 3rd Shandong Province Coarse Feed Conference was successfully held at the Fengguan Holiday Hotel in Dezhou, Shandong Province.

The 3rd Shandong Province Coarse Feed Conference officially began. Zhang Zhimin, Chairman of Shandong Dairy Association, Zhai Guiyu, Deputy Director, PhD, and Researcher of Shandong Provincial Animal Husbandry Station, and Li Ting, Deputy Director of Dezhou Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Bureau, respectively gave the opening speech. Deputy General Manager Zhang Hong delivered an opening speech  on behalf of CTC China,.

Zhang Hong mentioned that we have made great progress on the industry platform created by the Shandong Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Bureau and the Shandong Dairy Association over the years. At the same time, we can proudly say that we use our own resource advantages and production advantages and the market advantage has also made efforts and contributions to boost the development of the industry. Now it is an integrated society and a win-win society, we and the co-organizers jointly promise that we will try to revitalize the dairy industry, bear the mission and we will always go first!

The conference conducted a series of expert lectures. Dr. Xuejun Qiu from the Department of Animal Science of Ohio State University, CTC China Animal Nutrition Consultant, presented the speech of "Theory and Practice of Dairy Cow Nutrition Management under Current Situation" on behalf of CTC China.

 On the morning of the 19th, the conference held a special lecture on the milk bar. Mr. Wang Bin, the technical consultant of Sunhai Food Ingredients (Qingdao) Co., Ltd., gave a keynote speech on "own ranch milk bar system solution" for the milk bar owners who participated in the conference.

Manager Wang Bin analyzed the advantages of own dairy farms, the advantages of fresh quality, low cost of milk sources, and the brand effect of scale advantages. As well as the difficulties of self-owned ranch milk bars, the not clear brand positioning, the weak single product research and development force, the high store operation cost, and the not comprehensive promotion method. Manager Wang Bin shared four solutions to dilemmas for the milk bar owners. The first is to position the solution to provide a good food and functional gift market; the second is to provide a single product solution and strategic alliances to do technology outsourcing; the third is to provide solutions of high operating costs to increase revenue and reduce expenditure; the fourth is to promote a single solution and establish a WeChat mall.

The Shandong Dairy Association put forward the action plan of "Revitalizing the Dairy Industry, Responsible for Mission" based on the No. 1 Central Document. People from all walks of life in the grass industry, breeding industry, livestock product supply chain and related industries gathered together to vigorously and jointly explored to develop and utilize coarse feed resources, reduce the cost of dairy cows, increase the income of dairy farmers, enhance the ability to adapt to the market, and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the dairy industry. The 3rd Shandong Province Rough Feed Conference in 2017 was a complete success!
