Part Two: Annual Awards

At 18:00, the long-awaited and exciting 2016 annual gala and awards dinner officially began. CTC President Zhang Jianhong gave a speech, expressing gratitude and good wishes to all CTC people and guests who attended the dinner. The leaders of the Shanghai headquarters and special guests Chairman Zhang and Bureau Chief Zhu also sent us new blessings.

Qi Chengqiang of the Strategic Development Department is the tenth employee who has been with CTC China for ten years. To thank him for his outstanding contribution, CTC China specially awarded the honor of "Perfect CTC Man"; the president awarded him the "Perfect CTC Man" 10th Anniversary Commemorative Trophy, Commemorative Certificates and Bonuses of "Perfect CTC" for encouragement.

The heavy ten-year commemorative trophy is CTC China's greatest encouragement to employees who have made outstanding contributions, and it is an incentive for all employees to continue to struggle in the future.

In the past 2015, the people of CTC have been adhering to the president of CTC's team spirits of "Excellence is a habit, and sticking to good habits will lead to better and better" and  "Be a capable, passionate, methodical, ideal and motivated team" , and CTC people has achieved extraordinary results in ordinary positions. 18 managers including Kuang Zuozhong and Zhang Hong won the "Most Beautiful Manager" prize; 28 employees including Fu Yujiang, Zhao Songjiang, Jiang Qing, Li Xiuhua, and Peng Shuchun won the "Most Beautiful CTC people" award.

The exquisite "Souvenir Book" records the 12-year growth history and future development plans of CTC China, and it collects the fifth set of RMB of the same number, which is the prize of the "most beautiful CTC people" to give out incentives and the importance of inheritance.
