Jilin CTC News- special project group established

At the beginning of September, in order to ensure the efficient, orderly and smooth development of Jilin CTC, the Jilin factory established two special project working groups according to the instructions of the headquarters: equipment working group (comprehensive discussion and launching of related work on full-price feed and fermented feed production lines) and feed production license application team (application for single feed and preparation of compound feed).

Production and sales Fermented feed at the Jilin plant has been mass-produced. The quality of marigold and other series of products is stable, and the market has responded well. This month, the sales volume of the product in the city and surrounding towns has reached more than 50 tons, with an increase of 28.7% from the previous month. In addition to the stability of old customers, new customers are also expanding. Infrastructure progress- Jilin CTC’s office building and supporting facilities have been completed and will officially move into the office building on October 5; the construction of fences, workshops, warehouses, factory roads, east/south gates and pipelines has been completed or is being finalized, and the laboratory will also be completed. It will be officially opened at the end of October.

Quality management system operation status- Jilin CTC's 6S management and quality system construction has been continuously adjusted and updated since its inception this year. At present, the processes of various products are implemented in accordance with the quality system documents, and standardized management has been further improved.

According to 6S management requirements, Jilin CTC comprehensively identifies the factory area and achieves fixed-point positioning with all the signs are clear at a glance. The workshop site and the entire factory area are in order, which greatly improves work efficiency and saves time and material costs.
