CTC China Announcement on the Results of the 2018 Production Manager Election Campaign

In January 2018, the headquarters initiated a competition for the position of Production Manager, aiming to meet the company's developmental requirements and cultivate talented individuals for future leadership roles. This initiative provided an opportunity for both self-recommendation and recommendation, fostering a platform for employees to showcase their capabilities and potential.

The competition was conducted through various stages, including publicity, training, screening, and campaigning. Throughout the process, participants demonstrated a proactive, optimistic, and ambitious spirit, embodying the core values of CTC and showcasing their dedication to the company's growth.

After rigorous evaluation and deliberation, the competition for the Production Manager position concluded successfully. This event not only identified outstanding talents within the organization but also underscored the commitment of CTC to nurturing and promoting the growth of its employees.

During this period, numerous candidates eagerly signed up to apply for the election. After a thorough review by the campaign management team, seven candidates successfully passed the primary election phase and advanced to the on-site competition evaluation and selection activities, which took place on February 27, 2018.

The on-site assessment competition was structured into three main aspects: occupational professionalism (30 points), professional knowledge (30 points), and professional skills (40 points). Each aspect included 5-10 project inspections to comprehensively evaluate the candidates' capabilities.

Following a rigorous assessment and evaluation process, two production managers emerged victorious: Chi Shizheng and Li Jiangbo. We extend our congratulations to them both. Moving forward, we encourage Chi Shizheng and Li Jiangbo to enhance their work execution, take bold initiatives, and strive for excellence in their production roles. We trust that they will garner the support of their colleagues through their exemplary performance and uphold the expectations set forth by the company's leadership.
