At 18:00, the long-awaited and exciting 2016 annual gala and awards dinner officially began. CTC President Zhang Jianhong gave a speech, expressing gratitude and good wishes to all CTC people and guests who attended the dinner. The leaders of the Shanghai headquarters and special guests Chairman Zhang and Bureau Chief Zhu also sent us new blessings.

Qi Chengqiang of the Strategic Development Department is the tenth employee who has been with CTC China for ten years. To thank him for his outstanding contribution, CTC China specially awarded the honor of "Perfect CTC Man"; the president awarded him the "Perfect CTC Man" 10th Anniversary Commemorative Trophy, Commemorative Certificates and Bonuses of "Perfect CTC" for encouragement.

The heavy ten-year commemorative trophy stands as CTC China's greatest tribute to employees who have demonstrated outstanding contributions. It serves as a powerful incentive for all employees to persevere and excel in their endeavors.

Throughout the year 2015, the CTC team upheld the core principles set forth by the company's president. With a commitment to excellence and a dedication to fostering a capable, passionate, methodical, idealistic, and motivated team, CTC employees achieved remarkable success in their respective roles. Notably, 18 managers, including Kuang Zuozhong and Zhang Hong, were honored with the prestigious "Most Beautiful Manager" award. Additionally, 28 employees, including Fu Yujiang, Zhao Songjiang, Jiang Qing, Li Xiuhua, and Peng Shuchun, were recognized with the esteemed "Most Beautiful CTC People" award for their outstanding contributions and dedication to the company's mission.

The exquisite "Souvenir Book" records the 12-year growth history and future development plans of CTC China, and it collects the fifth set of RMB of the same number, which is the prize of the "most beautiful CTC people" to give out incentives and the importance of inheritance.
