Cassava is a cost-effective energy source with a much higher viscosity than cornmeal and a lower puffing temperature. Therefore, in the production of pelleted feed and puffed materials, it can reduce the pulverization rate of pelleted feed, increase its hardness, and improve the puffing degree of puffed materials. Cassava chunks have a starch content of over 70% and have gradually become an important part of poultry, ruminant animal, and pet food.
